Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and concrete work.
- Prepare construction sites by digging trenches, clearing debris, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and site managers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
