Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Perform excavation, demolition, and cleanup operations
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely
- Conduct daily site inspections and hazard reporting
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience necessary
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
