Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, levels) and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and debris safely
- Perform excavation, grading, and trenching tasks as directed
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and measurements
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- No formal experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
