Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup tasks
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read and interpret simple construction plans and instructions
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and digging as needed
- Collaborate effectively with diverse team members in fast-paced environments
- Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we train on the job!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical assessment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
