Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized workspaces
- Perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Participate in team-based construction projects from start to finish
- Report maintenance needs and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- No experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
