- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting materials, operating basic hand tools, and cleaning debris
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Learn and implement proper techniques for construction processes under supervision
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to site supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
