Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like digging, trenching, and concrete pouring
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup operations
- Participate in team briefings and project planning meetings
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions precisely
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- No construction experience required – we train!
