- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to maintain project timelines
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Load/unload materials and transport them to designated work areas
- Perform physical tasks in various weather conditions while maintaining energy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience necessary – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with excellent attendance
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
