Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, power washers) safely
- Clean and organize job sites daily
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform basic trenching, digging, and excavation tasks
- Assist with concrete pouring and finishing
- Maintain project cleanliness and waste management
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to submit to background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
