Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow verbal instructions and safety protocols rigorously
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal operations
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No prior experience needed - we train motivated candidates
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
