Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment operation
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Load/un construction materials and operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Participate in team-based projects to meet construction deadlines
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâcomprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
