Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (drills, saws, etc.)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Read basic blueprints and follow construction plans
- Load/unload equipment and materials using proper lifting techniques
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions
- Willingness to wear provided PPE (hard hats, boots, vests)
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Pass background check and drug screen (company-paid)
