- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Perform manual labor including excavation support, debris removal, and equipment operation
- Participate in site preparation, layout, and finishing tasks
- Collaborate with crews to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance logs
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
