Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Maintain clean and safe job sites through debris removal and equipment organization
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, compactors)
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols to ensure project compliance
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math skills for material measurement
