Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and supervisor instructions
- Perform physical tasks in various weather conditions requiring stamina
- Load/unload construction materials and transport equipment to job sites
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
