Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

- Participate in residential/commercial construction projects
- Complete training modules for equipment operation
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary - we provide full training
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods
