Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling under supervision

- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Support skilled tradespeople with tasks like digging, trenching, and debris removal
- Maintain organized workspaces and report safety hazards immediately
- Follow project plans and instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor

- Reliable transportation to job sites within Richmond metro area
