Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and moving materials.
- Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks as directed by the foreman or supervisor to support ongoing construction projects.
- Tool Operation: Learn to use basic construction tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Site Support: Assist with basic carpentry, painting, or concrete work as needed.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Previous construction experience is a plus but not mandatory; we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, have a good work ethic, and be willing to work full-time hours.
- Safety Conscious: Must adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
