Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and light machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Load/un construction materials and debris safely
- Support concrete pouring, demolition, and finishing tasks
- Follow verbal instructions and adapt to changing site conditions
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for measurement and material counting
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Greater Boston
- Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety
