Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and moving construction materials safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by debris removal and equipment maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision
- Support various project phases including framing, concrete work, and finishing
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and willingness to follow instructions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
