Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup tasks
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, levels)
- Follow strict safety guidelines and OSHA compliance standards
- Load/un construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform site maintenance including debris removal and organization
- Read basic blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing operations as needed
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided!
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for measurement and material calculations
