Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction equipment and materials
- Perform excavation, demolition, and basic concrete work
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints
- Support scaffolding setup and structural framing tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Team player with strong communication skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
