- Read and interpret basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions accurately
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company quality control measures
- Operate power tools and machinery under proper supervision after training
- Assist in setting up and breaking down job site equipment and scaffolding
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
