Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Tool Operation: Learn to operate basic construction tools and power equipment under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing waste and organizing tools after each shift.
- Assistance: Support carpenters, electricians, and other trades with various manual tasks as directed.
- Quality Control: Ensure all materials and work areas meet safety standards and project specifications.
Qualifications
