Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled tradesmen with daily tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up tools
- Operate basic machinery under supervision (e.g., saws, drills)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
