Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment (hammers, shovels, saws) under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Load/unload construction materials and transport debris
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying (up to 50 lbs)
- Participate in team-based projects with clear communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of verbal/written English for safety instructions
- No prior construction experience necessary – full training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
