Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized job site following safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Participate in team meetings and safety briefings
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and project managers
Qualifications
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior construction experience necessary – we train all new hires
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE
- Basic communication skills and willingness to learn new tasks
