Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including digging, lifting materials, and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows, saws)
- Maintain clean and safe job sites by clearing debris and following safety protocols
- Read and interpret simple instructions and blueprints
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform general site cleanup and waste management
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – entry-level welcome!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods)
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
