Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized, clean work areas and job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support team members with various construction tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary - we train everyone!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic communication skills and team player mentality
- Willingness to work weekends (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
