Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery under supervision
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Participate in concrete pouring, framing, demolition, and finishing work
- Support team coordination and communication on-site
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- No prior experience required – training provided
