Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair high-voltage electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities
- Perform emergency troubleshooting and system restoration during critical outages
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Lead night shift crews during large-scale infrastructure projects
- Document all maintenance activities using CMMS systems
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize electrical efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven night shift and emergency response background
- Expertise in PLC systems, VFDs, and power distribution
- OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E certifications
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical failures
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
