Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload trucks and organize materials efficiently
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Complete daily task logs and report equipment issues
- Participate in team safety briefings
Qualifications
- No experience required - we train all new hires
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
