Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic communication skills and team collaboration ability
