Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup operations
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, levels) and power equipment under supervision
- Follow detailed instructions for excavation, demolition, and foundational work
- Maintain organized job sites by sorting materials and removing debris
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while supporting team productivity goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to job sites
