Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on active construction sites
- Perform material handling including loading/unloading, sorting, and inventory management
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by clearing debris and waste
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Support site preparation tasks including excavation and grading support
- Participate in team-based construction projects with clear task delegation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Valid driver's license with clean record (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
