Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Safely operate hand tools and light equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety standards
- Follow verbal instructions and safety protocols at all times
- Support various construction phases from foundation to finishing work
- Participate in team-based projects to meet construction deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train motivated candidates
