Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople in site preparation, demolition, and cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Transport materials using wheelbarrows, dollies, and other equipment

Qualifications
