Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks on-site.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, cleaning, and organizing work areas.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety regulations and site protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Assist in the erection and dismantling of temporary structures.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential.
- No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
