Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials to and from the site.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery under the direct supervision of experienced foremen.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to complete daily tasks efficiently and on schedule.
- Unload materials from delivery trucks and organize them for easy access.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in simple cutting or assembly tasks.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including bending, lifting, and standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills for measuring materials.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and outdoor environments.
