Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and equipment using proper techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and accident prevention
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors
- Punctuality and consistent attendance are mandatory
