Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks such as framing, drywall hanging, or site cleanup.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and safe for all workers.
- Perform basic measurements and cut materials as directed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for entry-level).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
