Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily site operations and tasks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and moving materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely under supervision.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and distribute them to work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and site-specific instructions at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and follow strict safety guidelines (OSHA standards).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic measurements.
- No criminal record or safety violations on driving record.
