Responsibilities
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on-site and in the yard.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Basic Construction Tasks: Perform digging, trenching, mixing concrete, and other general labor duties as directed by the site supervisor.
- Tool Operation: Learn to operate basic power tools and heavy machinery under strict supervision.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications

- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing on your feet.
