Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and painting.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work site by removing debris and organizing materials.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we train the right candidates.
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow direct instructions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
