Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks including demolition, renovation, and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of a foreman or supervisor.
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior construction experience is required; we provide training.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn safety protocols and follow directions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
