Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials at the job site efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by digging, clearing, and leveling the ground.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic tools and equipment under the supervision of experienced tradespeople.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Task Assistance: Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and hauling heavy items as needed.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Punctual, dedicated, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
- Driver's License: A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a standard background and drug screening process.
