Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks including framing, drywalling, and roofing.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, strictly adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as excavation, debris removal, and leveling.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
- Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn and maintained at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple instructions.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
