Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and cleanup.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and job orders.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- A valid Driver’s License is a plus but not mandatory.
