Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools after proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
- Set up and take down temporary structures and barricades.
- Follow written and verbal instructions from foremen and project managers.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
