Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials and debris efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools (power drills, saws, levels).
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Perform basic measurements and site preparation as directed.
- Demolish structures and prepare sites for new construction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not strictly required.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
